OCEA’s mission is to advocate for the rights and well-being of our members and their families. We believe a strong union is vital to achieving fair wages, safe workplaces, and dignity for all workers—by standing together, our voices and impact grow.
Each election, the OCEA Board of Directors and union professionals thoughtfully review and endorse candidates and causes. Our endorsements focus on advancing union values, protecting workers’ rights, and strengthening the well-being and unity of OCEA members and their families.
