Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2026.

After nearly 30 years with the County Public Defender’s office, OCEA President Judy Bowling has decided to end her distinguished career and retire from County service. Her commitment to identifying and cultivating leadership within the union has contributed significantly to the organization’s continued strength and future promise.
