OCEA continues to meet monthly with Orangewood management to address ongoing safety concerns. OCEA has filed two Orangewood-related grievances with the County. We know safety incidents are still occurring. If there is a specific concern you want raised, please take our survey.

Office of the Public Guardian Wins 2025 Steve Ambriz Award at Health Care Agency

We want to extend our congratulations to the Specialized Medical Services Office of the Public Guardian at HCA for winning the 2025 Steve Ambriz Team Excellence Award! The award was created to inspire teams at HCA and was made in honor of the late Steve Ambriz, an HCA employee and Orange City Council member.
