Your votes are in, and your new YLEA Board of Directors has been elected. The new Board is seated effective immediately and is ready to get to work.

It’s time to elect your next YLEA Board of Directors. Six members have been nominated for four open Board seats. You can select up to four candidates. Voting closes at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

During the meeting, members heard updates on city leadership changes, upcoming elections, and the status of the current contract and future negotiations. The Board also reviewed roles and responsibilities and announced that Board elections are now open, with nominations closing April 28, 2026.
