The Orange County Employees Association—at 18,000 members strong—represents public workers who ensure that every neighborhood and every family is safe, healthy, and able to enjoy a high quality of life. OCEA members stop workplace abuses, promote fairness at work, negotiate for worker protections, and make positive changes on the job so we can better serve local families.
Today, members stand shoulder to shoulder to enforce our contracts and uphold the values generations fought to promote: fair pay and dignity in the workplace; benefits to keep our families healthy; and the economic security needed to prepare children for the future.
