This is your reminder to complete the Laguna Niguel Workload Survey! The survey asks you to compare your workload today to what it looked like a year ago. If your workload has not increased, we still want your response. Please complete the survey by 5 p.m. Friday, August 14, 2026.
You’ll soon see a 3% increase effective the first pay period including July 1, 2026. This is the final raise in the four-year agreement negotiated in 2023.
