For County, Court, Law Library, and Fire Authority employees, the OCEA Health & Welfare Trust administers dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits at no cost to full and part-time employees in regular or limited-term positions. Additionally, members have the opportunity to purchase an upgraded dental plan, disability, life insurance coverage, and vision coverage for eligible dependents.
We are sure you saw the CA Supreme Court ruling in the anticipated “Electronic Recording case.” The decision is still new, but here is some initial analysis.
The Court is proposing a rewrite of the PCS job classification with no increase in compensation. We know this is not the outcome you were hoping for.
