OCEA members,
Success in next year’s negotiations will depend on how well we all prepare now. Join us from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, in the Crown Valley Community Center Ballroom, where we’ll cover what’s happening in the City and some of the ways we’re preparing to go back to the table. This is your chance to tell us what matters most to you and have real input into negotiations proposals.
You and your coworkers must be united and stand together if we’re going to develop proposals that reflect the needs of everyone. Come to the meeting and make your contribution to next year’s negotiations.
Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to Michelle Truong at mtruong@ocea.org so we can get an accurate headcount.
We’ll see you Sept.15.
In Solidarity,
Alisha Greene
OCEA Labor Relations Representative
