OCFA Bargaining Update: April 27, 2022

Dear OCEA Member,

We want to extend a big “THANK YOU!” to all members who came out last week for our OCFA Bargaining Update Meeting. We had a great turnout and ensuing conversation about what’s going on at the bargaining table.

THIS IS THE TIME FOR US TO DEMAND A FAIR CONTRACT WITH THE WAGES YOU DESERVE. What OCFA has offered us is beyond insulting, and it’s time to stand up collectively.

As a follow-up to last week’s meeting, some of your fellow OCEA members will be speaking at the JPA Board of Directors meeting happening 6 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at OCFA. We ask that you join us to show your support for your Union brothers and sisters.

We will hold a pre-meet at 5:15 p.m. in the OCFA parking lot. If you have an OCEA t-shirt, please wear it; if you do not have one, we can provide one for you!
