Dear PCEA member,
Your negotiations team has met with the City two additional times since our last update. Unlike last year’s negotiations, the City has put forward proposals that include increases to both wages and medical benefits. While this is movement in the right direction, PCEA is continuing to push for more to ensure a fair and competitive agreement for our members.
We are scheduled to meet with the City again next week and will keep you updated as discussions continue.
