Dear PCEA member,
As you know, PCEA members voted recently to approve this agreement, which provides a 2.75% wage increase over a one-year term, retroactive to January 1, 2026.
This was a meaningful step forward, reflecting the results we could secure under the current circumstances. While this agreement put money in members’ pockets now, it does not end our fight. Other City employee groups received larger increases over a two-year period, and because our agreement covers only one year, we will return to the bargaining table in February to continue pushing for similar gains over the full timeline.
