BCEA members,
Since April, the Brea City Employees Association has been in negotiations with the City. After multiple negotiations sessions, the City has barely moved. They refuse to take our demands seriously. The City has failed to step up and show BCEA workers the respect and recognition we deserve.
NOW WE MUST ACT!
Our biggest obstacle is the City Council majority. It is time to show them face to face that we are serious, committed, and united. We need every BCEA member to attend the June 16 City Council meeting and pack council chambers!
Standing together we can get the MOU we deserve.
BREA CITY COUNCIL MEETING
When: June 16, 2026
Where: Brea Civic & Cultural Center, City Council Chambers, 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea
Location: We’ll meet downstairs on the first floor of City Hall at 6:30 p.m. before heading.

Keep an eye on your email for further instructions. If you would like to also receive text reminders, text BCEA to 94033.
In Solidarity,
Your BCEA Negotiations Team
