A little-known organization based out of a family-owned pharmacy in Westminster, the CEAVA Foundation, will run one of the most important community events of the year for the local Vietnamese community, the annual Lunar New Year celebration or Tet Festival.

Labor 411: VIUSA, Inc., Teamsters Local 89, and the NLRB Reach $21.6M Settlement

The complaint alleged that the Employer violated the National Labor Relations Act by refusing to hire Teamster-represented employees, recognizing the United Auto Workers as a minority union, and refusing to recognize and bargain with Teamsters Local 89.
