OC Register: No positive COVID-19 tests so far for elementary schools that opened with waiver

On the eve of Orange County campuses being allowed en masse to reopen for in-person instruction, Orange County Health Care Agency Director Dr. Clayton Chau said on Monday, Sept. 21, that the schools that have returned already using the elementary school waiver have not reported any positive tests for COVID-19.
