In an unprecedented election year marked by a global pandemic that’s transformed many aspects of daily life, OC is seeing a massive wave of early voting with about two thirds of all voters in OC already casting ballots by the night before the election.

Memorial Health Services has agreed to pay more than $31.5 million to resolve allegations that it overbilled Medicaid for prescription medication purchased and reimbursed under a federal drug pricing program, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Monday.

Allegiant Air is expected to be the next to arrive, with service to start in February, followed by Sun Country Airlines in April, and in May, Air Canada should begin international service, according to a report from airport Director Barry Rondinella.
