As we continue bargaining for your next contract, your AMEA Negotiations Team continues to explore creative options to benefit our members.

One such option is related to educational degree specialty pay. In order to determine whether to pursue this as a potential benefit, we need additional information to gauge how many AMEA workers might be eligible.
