AMEA Police Cadet Members Receive 2024 Wage Increase This Week

Dear AMEA Police Cadet Unit member,

The Anaheim City Council approved your recently ratified tentative agreement on Tuesday, July 16, which includes a nearly 30% wage increase over 2 years for AMEA Police Cadet Unit members!

As a reminder, the following wage increases are effective July 19, 2024:

Step 7 | $21.75
Step 8 | $22.50
Step 9 | $23.25
Step 10 | $24.00

Next year, the following wage increases will be effective July 1, 2025:

Step 7 | $24.75
Step 8 | $25.50
Step 9 | $26.25
Step 10 | $27.00
