Please Complete: CFS Caseload Target Survey

Dear OCEA member,

As you may know, in early February OCEA filed a grievance on behalf of CFS workers at SSA regarding the Agency’s failure to follow the language and intent of the CFS Caseload Management Forum in the Community Services MOU. This failure has contributed to the unsustainable caseloads workers in CFS currently experience. Since our last update, we have escalated the grievance to Step 2 with Central HR and added additional OCEA members to the grievance.

As your OCEA Negotiations Team prepares for County negotiations, we need your input regarding caseload targets. Please CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE A BRIEF SURVEY by 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 4—just in time for our proposal presentation to the County.
