CFS Executives Show Maturity and Professionalism

APRIL FOOLS!
Many of you saw RFA manager David Harper's email titled: “ANNOUNCEMENT: 2 in-office days per week.” It was an April Fools' joke that listed issues Harper has with individual workers in the division (not named).
After our recent employee survey rated CFS Executives as “Not Meeting” expectations, this email is yet another example of their failure to improve workplace culture. We have forwarded the email to County CEO Michelle Aguirre and the County Board of Supervisors, highlighting the disconnect between CFS leadership and the workforce.
We will include this in our documentation to the CEO and community as evidence of the division's failure.
Shame on you, CFS.
