CFS Rotation Survey: PLEASE COMPLETE!

Dear OCEA member,

Today, April 7, 2025, CFS sent a survey to social workers who went through the first rotation and others who have rotated assignments since August 2024. This survey is a direct result of OCEA’s advocacy efforts. It is crucial that recipients, like you, provide complete and honest responses.

The County will use data from your responses to help determine actions moving forward and it is therefore essential that you accurately describe your first rotation experience in detail. Please contact your SSA/CFS representatives with any questions.

TLDR: COMPLETE THE SURVEY HONESTLY! IT WILL BE HELPFUL!
