CMCEA Members: 3% Wage Increase for 2024 This Week

Dear CMCEA member,

You'll soon see a 3% increase in your paycheck in the first full pay period that includes July 1, 2024. This raise is part of the contract your CMCEA team negotiated, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your dedicated service to the City of Costa Mesa.

Your current contract runs through June 30, 2025. We will return to the negotiations table next year where we will fight for better wages, benefits and working conditions for you and your co-workers.
