Dear PCEA Member,

The MOU between the City of Placentia and OCEA expires on June 30, 2021. To prepare for negotiations, your Bargaining Team needs to learn about your workplace priorities.

A Bargaining Survey is an effective and efficient way to communicate your priorities directly to your Bargaining Team. Your responses will help guide the team throughout the negotiations process.

Please complete the survey by 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021. A link was sent to your personal email addresses. The results are confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of OCEA staff and the PCEA Bargaining Team.

In bargaining, you are the subject matter experts and we need your input to prepare the best possible bargaining strategy.
