CSA Committee

Dear OCEA Member,

As many of you are aware, over the last several months OCEA Labor Relations Representatives Aaron Peardon and Kate Wolf have been out at your worksites hearing directly from you. As part of those meetings, we committed to forming a CSA committee comprised of your co-workers so that we could begin addressing your issues with OCSD management. When OCEA addresses issues that impact any classification, it is essential to have both workers and trained labor relations representatives involved in those discussions. This CSA committee would be the place to collaborate and strategize toward achieving classification specific goals.

If you’re interested in participating on a committee dedicated to addressing issues that impact CSA’s, please respond to this email with your interest by Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018. Dates and times of committee meetings will be scheduled with the participants.
