Get involved: Join the OCEA & HCA Labor Management Committee!

Do you have ideas to help improve communication in your work environment? What about a more efficient way to approach an outdated department process? If so, we need you!

The OCEA & HCA Labor Management Committee (LMC) is a collaborative partnership between OCEA and HCA Management to achieve Agency-wide goals, propose improvements to workplace processes, and resolve broad workplace issues. The committee currently has openings and is accepting applications. The group meets from 3–4:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month at OCEA. Please click here for more information.
