Important Health Benefits Survey

Dear OCEA member,

The County’s wellness program known as Healthy Steps can have a big impact on your paycheck. That’s why your OCEA Bargaining Team established a working group during the last round of negotiations so we could continue to fight for a wellness program that adopts positive incentives, rather than the punitive structure of Healthy Steps.

One of the working group’s objectives has also been to discuss what types of wellness programming are most needed by the workforce. You can participate in a very brief wellness surveythat will help guide those discussions about future County wellness activities.

OCEA members, workplace leaders and staff will continue to advocate for programs that protect both the health and the financial security of working families. Thank you for your participation in this survey.
