Join the FSS Caseload Management Forum Team
*For SSA workers in Family Self Sufficiency
Your colleagues and workplace leaders want to hear from you about how we can make FSS a better place to work. One way to make a difference is through the Caseload Management Forum where you and your co-workers can sit across the table from management as equals to address and resolve issues. Standing together, we have a much stronger voice.
The Caseload Management Forum is comprised of a panel of your co-workers who have committed to bringing forward issues that matter to you and who have committed to attending two meetings each month, including a preparatory meeting (third Wednesday) and the Forum (the fourth Wednesday of the month). The preparatory meeting does not include management and is open to anyone who would like to raise an issue. The Caseload Management Forum panel only includes those co-workers who have committed to advocating on your behalf.
If you are interested in joining the Caseload Management Forum, or would like to raise an issue for us to discuss at the next Forum meeting, please contact OCEA Labor Relations Representative Saliem Aregaye at saregaye@ocea.org.
The Caseload Management preparatory meeting is an important space to help ensure your voices are heard and we make meaningful change at work. The more people who speak out, the stronger we’ll be in pushing for fairness and critical improvements.
Please don’t hesitate to contact Saliem at (714) 835-3355 Ext. 222 or saregaye@ocea.org if you have any questions or concerns.
