Laguna Niguel Members: 3% Wage Increase for 2024 This Week

Dear OCEA member,

You'll soon see a 3% increase in your paycheck in the first full pay period that includes July 1, 2024. This raise is part of the contract your Laguna Niguel / OCEA team negotiated, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your dedicated service to the City of Laguna Niguel.

Your current contract runs through June 30, 2027, and will include two more additional 3% wage increase, in July 2025 and July 2026.
