Laguna Niguel—OCEA Contracts Approved by City Council

Dear OCEA Member,

We are happy to announce that the City Council voted to adopt both tentative agreements for the Middle Manager, Professional, and Supervisory (MPS), and the Maintenance, Clerical, and Technical (MCT) unit.

OCEA Members voted to ratify the Tentative Agreements earlier in May, clearing the way for last night's Council action.

The OCEA leadership team and staff will be meeting with the City to discuss implementation of the new provisions of the MOU including alternative work schedules.
