MWD Negotiations Update: Oct. 26, 2022

Dear Mesa Water District Employees Association member,

Your Mesa Water District Employees Association Negotiations Team met with District representatives Tuesday, Oct. 25, and presented our initial proposal to the District. Thank you to all members who completed the Bargaining Survey, as your answers informed our approach to negotiations and proposals at the bargaining table.

We are scheduled to meet again with the District Tuesday, Nov. 15, where we expect a response to our proposals. We are scheduled to meet each Tuesday thereafter until Tuesday, Dec. 20, if needed.

We look forward to securing a fair contract for you, your co-workers and your families. Stay tuned for more updates.
