Dear OCEA member,

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Negotiations 101 last week! We covered how we negotiate with the Superior Court for your next contract, how you can be involved as a Court Steward or Bargaining Team member, and much more! Stay tuned soon for a video about what we covered at the meeting.

We have received great feedback regarding upcoming negotiations through responses to the member survey. Some of your co-workers have expressed the need for more time to complete the survey. So we are extending our 2022 Negotiations Survey deadline through Friday, June 10. If you have not taken the survey yet, please do—your responses are critical in forming the proposals we will take to the table later this Summer!
