Negotiations Update Ratification Vote Information

OCEA member,

Thank you to everyone who attended the first set of informational meetings regarding the mediated tentative agreement. We hope that you had your questions answered so that you can make an informed decision about your contract.

The remaining informational sessions will be tomorrow, Friday Dec. 8 starting at 11:30 a.m. (sessions are designed to accommodate lunch breaks).

• North Justice Center: Business Center Room (11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.)
• Harbor Justice Center: Jury Assembly Room (11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.)

The final step in this process is for members to vote. For the tentative agreement to be ratified, a majority of bargaining unit members voting must vote in favor of ratification. Voting will be conducted online* starting at Noon on Friday, Dec. 8 and will close at Noon on Friday, Dec. 15. Members can also come in person to vote at OCEA through the online link.
