OC San 2024 Wage Increase + APPLY TODAY for Your Negotiations Team!
Dear OCEA member,
As you may know, you will receive a 3.5% increase effective the first pay period in July. This is the final increase of your current contract, which totals 11.5% in wage increases under your last MOU. These increases were not just handed to us. OCEA and your OC San negotiations team fought for them during the last round of negotiations.
Your current contract expires June 30, 2025. As that date approaches, we will return to the table to fight, once again, for better wages, improved benefits, and the preservation of the benefits you already have. It's important to stand together for what members before you achieved in negotiations, and to achieve even more.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR MEMBERS TO JOIN THE NEGOTIATIONS TEAM. Members of the negotiations team will be an extremely important piece of the negotiations process. We want a well-rounded team that represents as many departments as possible. You will sit across from your employer, represent the priorities of the membership, and help make the argument for better wages and benefits for years to come.

- Want to help improve your life and the lives of your co-workers.
- Can commit your time to education, research, and conversations with your co-workers.
- Can prioritize membership interests over personal interests.
