OC San Negotiations Update: Financial Meeting with the District on March 17

As we prepare for negotiations with OC San, your OCEA negotiations team will meet on Monday, March 17, 2025, for a financial presentation from the District. This presentation will help us to establish context and a baseline for bargaining, and often covers fiscal projections, revenue sources, fund balances, economic forecasts and more.

Your OCEA negotiations team also completes our own review of OC San’s financial picture and how your wages and benefits compare with other cities local cities and districts. These efforts prepare the team to fight for the contract you and your co-workers deserve.
