We respect and understand that every OCEA member brings their personal values into the voting booth. The Union's job is to let members know which candidates, initiatives, and causes have a direct impact on our ability to negotiate fair contracts for our members.

OCEA's workplace leaders work to elect leaders who support us by canvassing and contacting OCEA members to spread the word! OCEA members will kick off our election outreach starting Jan. 20, 2024, so be on the lookout for an OCEA volunteer knocking on your door, giving you a reminder phone call, or sending you a text message about the upcoming election!
