OCERS Direct Survey; Your Input is Needed

Dear OCEA-represented OCERS employee,

Over the past several months you have likely attended membership meetings or otherwise heard about the possibility of becoming an OCERS-direct employee. Any position OCEA takes will be a very important factor in making that determination.

We need your input to help guide OCEA. We have anecdotally heard what some of you feel, but we want to make certain everyone potentially impacted has an opportunity to contribute their thoughts. Although we may share aggregate data, all individual responses will remain confidential.
