OCFA Negotiations: Join Us Tuesday at Yorba Linda Council

Dear OCEA member,

The fight to secure a fair contract for OCFA members continues. In solidarity with our brothers and sisters of OC Firefighters Local 3631, we have taken our message in recent weeks to the home councils of OCFA’s JPA Board Members: first to Laguna Niguel, then to Garden Grove, and this week to Yorba Linda.

We’re asking all available members to join us in support during Public Comments at the Yorba Linda City Council meeting—happening at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, at Yorba Linda Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Ave.

Since the JPA Board will not recognize your contributions, it’s up to us to inform the residents of the JPA’s member cities of the danger caused by under-resourced, over-worked staff and out-of-touch leadership. For more on our recent effort at the Board meeting and bargaining table, click here.
