OCPLL Negotiations Update: Tentative Agreement Reached

Dear OCEA member,

We are pleased to announce your OCEA law library negotiations team has reached a tentative agreement with the Law Library. This two-year agreement, effective through June 30, 2026, provides you and your families with the fair wage increases you deserve: 10% over two years; including a 6% increase starting the first full pay period in July 2024, and an additional 4% increase in July 2025. Juneteenth will also be added as an observed holiday.

Other improvements include increases to annual leave cash outs with flexible options for cashing out and up to $100 per month for parking or public transportation expense reimbursement with receipts.

You can vote on this tentative agreement from Noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2024, in the upstairs conference room. Please be sure to participate in this important vote.
