Peace Officer Research Association of CA Update - August 17, 2021

Dear OCEA member, 

We have received many questions regarding the recent California Department of Public Health Orders requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or mandatory testing for those not vaccinated under certain circumstances. OCEA is a member of the largest statewide association for Law Enforcement members, the Peace Officer Research Association of California (PORAC). We wanted to directly share PORAC's legal analysis on testing and vaccination mandates in order to help our OCEA members further understand this issue.
