Dear PCEA member, 

As you may know, negotiations with the City of Placentia will begin later this year. Your PCEA negotiations team is preparing to represent your interests and fight for the wages, benefits and working conditions you deserve. As we prepare our strategy, your input is critical.

Your responses help shape our approach at the negotiations table. Remember, only PCEA members can vote on ratification of a tentative agreement, so make sure you're a member to have a voice in your union and your next contract.

The survey will be open from Wednesday, March 19, 2025, through Wednesday, April 2, 2025. Please take your time with the survey and share all your thoughts and concerns. This is your best opportunity to have direct input into the negotiations process.
