Regarding an Issue With Our Contact Form

Dear OCEA member,

Due to an issue with our website, there was a period between October and November where emails were not being sent to OCEA if you contacted us using the Website Contact Form. That issue has now been resolved.

AS A REMINDER, IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT OCEA FOR ANY REASON, THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS TO DO SO:

If you are already working with an OCEA staff member and have their direct contact info, please continue to use those methods.

If an OCEA staff member hasn't been assigned to you, or your question is more generic in nature, please reach out using one of the following channels:

  • BY PHONE: Our live receptionist takes calls from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at (714) 835-3355
  • WEBSITE CONTACT FORM: Click Here to Ask OCEA!
  • IN-PERSON: We’re open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at 830 N. Ross St., in Santa Ana

Please note, if you contact a rep directly and do not hear back within 48 hours, OR your question/concern has an urgent timeline, please contact the OCEA receptionist as the person you are trying to reach may be out of the office. OCEA has intake staff assigned to answer labor relations calls, so if you reach a voicemail inbox please leave a message and include information on why you are calling. We will return your call.
