Retirees—Frank Eley needs YOU on Monday 8/12!
Dear OCEA Retiree,
Past OCEA President, Frank Eley, needs your help! Frank is running for re-election to the OCERS Board of Retirement to help maintain the integrity of the retirement system and protect your pension.
The Orange County Employees Retirement System (OCERS) provides retirement benefits to approximately 17,000 retirees just like yourself. Frank has been on the Board for almost 20 years making sure career public servants can retire with dignity. Over the past two decades, he has been instrumental in providing guidance to OCERS staff on investment policies and other decisions that maintain the health of OCERS.
YOU can help Frank continue to be a voice for retirees and county workers alike by signing his nomination petition. Please join us for our next Retirees in Action committee meeting at NOON on MONDAY, AUGUST 12 where you can help Frank get the signatures needed to be on the ballot for the OCERS election this fall. The meeting will be held at OCEA (830 N. Ross Street, Santa Ana 92701) and lunch will be provided.
Please RSVP to Carlos Rosales at crosales@ocea.org to let us know you will be attending.
Standing together, we can make sure the retirement security you paid into during your career will continue to be there for you and the retirees of the future.
In Solidarity,
Orange County Employees Association
