Take the Laguna Niguel Teleworking Survey

Dear OCEA member,

We want to hear from you regarding the Telework Day the City agreed to in our contract negotiations last Summer. Please complete the survey below so we can identify and remedy any problems with the current process.

During negotiations, your Bargaining Team proposed a 9/80 work schedule. The City rejected that but agreed to a Telework Day equivalent to eight hours for eligible workers. Please click here to complete the survey. 

It’s important that we hold the City to its agreements. Being able to work from home brings many benefits for working families if the program is easy to use and fair to all concerned. We would like to receive the survey responses by December 17, 2021.
