Tomorrow! Team Excellence Award Deadline Aug. 13

 

Dear OCEA member,

The deadline for nominations to be submitted for the 2021 Steve Ambriz Team Excellence Award is tomorrow, Friday, August 13th, 2021. Visit the HCA/OCEA Labor Management Committee (LMC) Team Excellence Award Intranet webpage for application criteria, details about previous winners, and additional information about what makes an excellent team. A nomination form can be downloaded under Application Submission. Because the link is on the HCA intranet, I cannot share it with you here.

Please note, a team photograph is required for application submission. Due to COVID-19 requiring physical distancing and other safety precautions, teams are encouraged to use innovation and creativity for this year’s team photograph submission. Collages, screenshots of virtual meetings, and other creative means are acceptable.

Time is running out so get the entries in as soon as possible. If your team has submitted an application in a previous year, you are welcome to re-submit for this year.
