URGENT: Make Your Voice Heard - CFS Survey Deadline Extended Thru Feb. 3
Dear CFS Social Worker,
Your survey responses to our recent call for action regarding CFS working conditions have been powerful. For those who haven't yet had the chance to participate, we've extended the deadline for this critical workplace survey to 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, 2025. Please click the image above to watch a video with OCEA General Manager Charles Barfield about the survey and its importance.
If you missed our recent communications, OCEA suspended the CFS Labor Management Committee due to management's continued failure to address critical workplace issues. We're now taking direct action to demand real change, starting with gathering concrete data about your experiences.
This survey is about documenting the real impact of mandatory rotations, overwhelming workloads, and management's lack of support on your daily work lives. Every response strengthens our position as we push for meaningful change.
Your colleagues are speaking up. Your voice matters too.
TAKE ACTION NOW. COMPLETE THE SURVEY HERE by 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, 2025.
As a reminder, your responses are confidential and will be used to support our demands for better working conditions. If you've already completed the survey, thank you. If you haven't yet participated, please take a few minutes now to make your voice heard. The more responses we receive, the stronger our position becomes to fight for the changes you deserve.

In Solidarity,
OCEA
