OCEA is committed to your Safety, Security and Stability - Safety in your workplace, Security in fair wages and benefits that protect you and your family, and Stability that provides fair and consistent workplace policies and procedures. These three elements are critical in seeing us through this historic pandemic.

As the County continues to grapple with the unprecedented challenges brought by COVID-19, it's important that OCEA members and workplace leaders have a voice. The Caseload Management Forum on October 21st is an opportunity to address concerns and be a part of the conversation with management. The goal is to work collaboratively on caseload and workplace solutions.
