Court negotiations reach impasse

Mandatory flu shots for HCA workers

As you are likely aware, yesterday afternoon HCA Director and County Health Officer Clayton Chau circulated a memo to all HCA staff. The memo announced Dr. Chau’s directive that all HCA staff receive a flu vaccination by close of business on November 15, 2020. Dr. Chau also recommended, but did NOT mandate, that all HCA staff schedule a COVID-10 PCR test.

OOCEA Health & Welfare Trust Open Enrollment: Sept. 1-30, 2020

This year the OCEA Health & Welfare Trust open enrollment period is September 1 through September 30, 2020. Your open enrollment benefits enrollment guide is in the mail and you should receive it any day. Your benefits will remain the same through plan year January 1 through December 31, 2021 unless you submit new open enrollment forms to OCEA during open enrollment.
