Mediated Tentative Agreement--Membership Meeting Schedule

Last week the OC Superior Court and OCEA retained a mediator from the State Mediation and Conciliation Services (SMCS).

Tentative Agreement Reached!

As you know, yesterday OCEA and the Court brought in a mediator from the State Mediation and Conciliation Service in an attempt to help the parties reach an agreement on a new contract. The mediator provided a neutral assessment of each party’s positions and met with the parties both together and separately to try to bring us closer to an agreement.
