Dear OMEA Member,
As you know, OMEA has been in communication with the City regarding a successor agreement to our current contract, which expires June 30, 2026. We are finalizing the remaining deal points on a one-year tentative agreement through a Letter of Understanding (LOU).
Our focus remains on advancing the priorities identified by the membership at our February 17 meeting. Once finalized, we will share the full details and initiate a ratification vote, so stay tuned.
